Anniversary Weekend

For our honeymoon four years ago, Mark and I stayed a couple of days at the Riverwalk in San Antonio at the Hyatt Regency. So, for our four year anniversary we decided to back. This was the first time we have EVER left Jaxon overnight. I was pretty nervous. We are so lucky to have family who live so close; my parents kept Jaxon and Mark's parents kept Ozzy. We ended up having a blast. We started off the morning by going to the temple for a couple of hours before we headed to the hotel. The hotel was just as nice as before and the Riverwalk was GREAT. They had Lumineria festival going on so there was plenty of entertainment for the time that we were there. My favorite place that we ate at was Rainforrest Cafe. I think I did pretty well....I only called my mom once a day to check up on how Jaxon was doing. He did really well except for naps. He ate well and slept through the night, but only napped for like 30 min. each day. Now that I know he can handle it, I won't mind if we have to leave him overnight every once in a while.

On the Riverwalk

I am pretty sure this was a new "waterfall" that they didn't have before...
Mark finally got his funnel cake that he has been wanting for years!

  5. You guys are so cute, then and now! As for Jaxson, he missed you, I'm sure, but he won't remember you being gone in a few years! Bet he was happy to see you when you got home. And Happy Anniversary!
