Obsessed...

I LOVE cooking with my Crock-potI gotta admit that I probably make at least one crockpot meal a week.  They have to be one of the greatest inventions.  So, I was very skeptical about one of the ones I was going to try this week, but it actually turned out delicious!  Don't be afraid....
CROCKPOT LASAGNA

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frypan.
  2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano.
  3. Cook long enough to get it warm.
  4. Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses.
  6. Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up.

  1. I am so relieved that this is about crock-pots and not about Twilight (sorry to all the fans, I've just never had such passion for a series of book or movies). I may have to try that recipe!

  2. You HAVE to look at the website crockpot365.blogspot.com!! She's not really posting anything interesting right now because she's done with the one year thing, but you can go to her index and look at all the recipes she did.
