I swear I make this recipe at least once every two weeks because Mark and I love to eat breakfast for dinner. When I looked to find a belgian waffle recipe all of them wanted me to peak egg whites(which I hate doing) except this one. It turns out I liked this recipe better than most of the other anyway. Our favorite things to eat with it are nutella or whip cream and strawberries but obviously you can "
have whatever you like"!!
Belgian Waffles
2 cups
all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons
sugar
1 tablespoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
salt
2 1/4 cups
milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large
eggs
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until well blended.
Allow batter to rest 5 minutes before using.
Use in your Belgian Waffle Maker according to manufacturer's suggestion.

sounds yummy! :)
uhh.. do you have any recipes that are easier than that?... I mean like "pop in the oven and that's it" easy? with this you have to wash the blender, bowl and waffle maker..
good point fatty!
These look so good! I am going to have to try them. I love having breakfast for dinner. It isn't lazy if you both like it. I LOVE your new background. Funny thing, Drew was looking at mine last night telling me I needed to update it since it says Christmas 09. I am off to change mine, too. I miss ya! You are such a blessing to our family! Thank you for being you! I love you!
I will be making these soon. Thank you!
