Canadian Thanksgiving

Every year our family continues the tradition of having not only our regular Thanksgiving, but also celebrating our Canadian heritage at Canadian Thanksgiving. This year it was last min., we were small in numbers, but we still had a great time.
Of course I hardly took any pictures (because I always forget) except for these of the kids having a pretzel pajama party with Grammy....the kids eating at the "kid table", Mark getting the turkey ready, and Jaxon's crazy hair after playing outside with the kiddos.

Highlights:
*Grammy showing up with her adorable Canadian Flag ready to sing the anthem
*Delicious Thanksgiving food
*Family and friends
*stuffing ourselves silly and then sitting on the couch watching the kids play
*Dad talking about all the "ladies" liking his hair
*making pie for the first time:)

  1. What a fun tradition! I love seeing Jaxon at the kid's table, though he looks so old. Love you! BTW, I was wondering if I could have your pumpkin cheesecake recipe.
